Frevio is a system for managing events and all the people involved in them – volunteers, guests, artists, suppliers, etc.

What can Frevio be used for?

  • People Management – Add people manually, via forms or import. Organize them in groups.
  • Scheduling – Create work schedules for volunteers, receive preferences for tasks and days.
  • Forms – Receive registrations, collect information and convert registrations to people.
  • Email Campaigns – Send information to people or groups.
  • Meal Tickets – Assign meal tickets to groups and people.
  • Accreditation – Manage access levels, wristbands and accreditation badges.
  • Hotel and Flights – Book hotel rooms and register flight bookings for people.

How does it work?

The system is built around events. Each event has its own settings, features and people. You enable the features you need (e.g. Staff Schedules, Forms, Meal Tickets) and configure them under the event settings.

People are assigned to event groups – e.g. "Volunteers", "Artists", "Guests" – which makes it easy to filter and manage them in different features.

Getting Started

  1. Create an event – Go to Events → Create event.
  2. Enable features – Under Settings → General, check the features you need.
  3. Create groups – Under People, create event groups to organize people.
  4. Add people – Manually, via forms or import.
