KF Starck Enterprises AB, 559124-4495, is the provider and developer of Frevio. KF Starck Enterprises AB is the personal data processor for personal data within Frevio. Personal data controller for your data is the registered customer, who is the organizer of an event.
KF Starck Enterprises AB is the personal data controller in this cases:
- When you signup as a customer (organizer of event)
- When you create an user account at Frevio
- When you contact our support
- When you visit our website and accept cookies
What personal data do you use?
When becoming a customer we collect details about your company or organizer. All users of the system have registered contact details and credentials in order to use the system.
Data collected through forms
Our customers(organizers) using the system can collect personal data using for example a public form. Data submitted through a form is owned by the organizer of the specific event and stored by Frevio.
How is my personal data shared?
In usage of the service, your data may be shared with our subprocessors, both within and outside of the EU/EES. This can be hosting providers or communication services such as sending emails or text messages.

How is my personal data stored?
Your personal data is stored as long as there is a relation between you and Frevio. Personal data submitted to our customers is stored according to their policies.
Access to your personal data
You have the right to receive information on what personal data is stored about you, once a year and free of charge. You have the right to have your personal data corrected in case it's wrong. You also have the right to get your personal data deleted, as long as it's not needed in order to fullfill an agreement. To make such a request, please contact the organizer of the event, that is responsible for all personal data within their events.
