Import from Equipe

If you use Equipe (app.equipe.com) for your competition, it is possible to import people from there. You can either choose to import all people from a competition, or people from a specific list.

  1. Under settings for your account, go to External services and then Add external service.
  2. Select Equipe in the menu.
  3. Leave API ID empty, but in the API Key field you should enter this value from Equipe. To find your API key on app.equipe.com:
    • Click on the profile icon in the top right and then on your name.
    • Next to the API Key field there is a "Show" button, click on it and then enter your password.
    • Copy the text string that appears in the field.
  4. Save the above information and then go to settings for the event. Check Data Sources under features and Save.
  5. Select Data Sources in the menu for the event settings and then Add new data source.
  6. Select Equipe as the service, give the import a descriptive name (for yourself).
    • Then copy the URL from app.equipe.com to the list you want to import, or alternatively to all people under a competition.
    • You can also choose that the import should run automatically e.g. every hour or day, so that new people are added automatically when they are added in Equipe.
  7. After you have created the data source you can also specify which accreditations should be created for people imported from this source.
  8. When the import runs, people from the specified source will be created under the event.
