Meal Tickets – Scheduling and Assignment

Meal tickets are used to ensure that the right people get food at the right time.


Enable the meal ticket feature

  1. Go to Events in the main menu and open your event.
  2. Go to Settings for the event.
  3. Enable the Meal Tickets feature if it is not already enabled.
  4. When the feature is enabled, new options appear under Settings → Meal Tickets.

Assign meal tickets

Assignment can be done in different ways depending on how you work:

Assign to individual people

  1. Open the event and go to People.
  2. Search for and open the person.
  3. Go to the Meal Tickets tab.
  4. Click Manage meal tickets
  5. Check the meal tickets to assign.
  6. Click Save.

Assign to a group

  1. Open the event and go to Groups.
  2. Search for and open the group.
  3. Go to the Meal Tickets tab.
  4. Click Settings
  5. Check the meal tickets that should be available for the group. Choose whether they should be selectable or default. If default is set, it is assigned as soon as a new person is added to the group.
  6. Click Save.

If you then want to adjust the assignment within the group, you can from the Meal Tickets view under the group check in and out different meals for different people.


How does the end user see their meal tickets?

The QR code printed on each person's accreditation badge is also a link. If you scan it with your mobile phone you will come to a page with information about assigned meal tickets.

For people who have received a work schedule, it is also displayed on that link.
